Refund Policy
At KIT Skill Hub, we are committed to delivering high-quality training experiences. To ensure transparency, please review our refund policy carefully:
I. Registration Fee
- A fixed registration fee of ₹2000 applies to all course enrollments. 
- This registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. 
II. Course Fee Refunds
- Refunds (excluding the registration fee) may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, such as: - Course cancellation by KIT Skill Hub, or 
- A genuine issue reported within the first 3 days of the course start date. 
 
- All refund requests must: - Be submitted in writing via email to kapilitskillhub@gmail.com 
- Include a valid reason and supporting proof, if applicable. 
 
- No refund requests will be accepted after 3 days from the course commencement date. 
III. Mode of Refund
- Any approved refund will be processed via the original mode of payment. 
- It may take 7–10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account. 
IV. Course Transfer or Batch Change
- Requests for course or batch changes are subject to: - Seat availability 
- Administrative approval 
 
- The ₹2000 registration fee is non-transferable to another course or batch. 
V. Course Cancellation by KIT Skill Hub
- If a course is cancelled by KIT Skill Hub due to unforeseen circumstances, students can choose between: - A full refund, including the registration fee, or 
- Free transfer to another available batch or course without any penalties.
